So last Saturday, there was a bad thunderstorm in my city. During this storm, a bolt of lighting struck right outside my house, frying my modem and eliminating my internet access. As I had no clue when the internet outage would end with the delivery of a new modem and Minecraft singleplayer was getting old fast, I decided to start a project.
In this endeavor, I decided to dust off Pivot. I used to animate with it (if you could call the crap I made "animating") a few years ago, and in that moment I decided to animate once more. So, I made a decision to make and polish an animation every day. After 5 days without internet, I present to you my rediscovery.
Day 1: Sword Test
Day 2: Box Roll
Day 3: Jog Loop
Day 4: Sword Walk
Day 5: Staff Surprise
(the gifs got a bit faster when I exported them)
Expect more stuff in the future, and as always, CnC would be greatly appreciated.

You've got a good idea and understanding of some things, you just need to polish it out. Try and keep placement believable and keep physics in check.

Thanks, but what part of the physics and placement need work? Are there any particularly bad moments?

When grabbing something, like jumping over a box, they don't flip around it like that or have their hands slip around it. Foot placement should be attended to too. It's all over the place man.

Ermahgash, Mizu is back, Im not sure if you went somewhere but I didn't see you for ages...
Anyways, the best one is probably the last one, the staff one.
Just keep practicing and you'll get a lot better. I see some great potential.
