Once again, your work with hands appears to be a problem, but its just a minor one here: The ring finger looks wrong. Maybe its the shading, but it's appearing sideways instead of the intended 3/4s effect. May I suggest emphasis on the veins/nerves/musculature on the right side of that finger (my right, that hand's left). I dunno. It's just, I've drawn hands before, and I usually just draw them while my free hand is mimicking the gesture.

And perhaps the white background should be changed, so we can really appreciate the lighting shining down the middle.

As for the tree, that minor branch to the right feels out of place. I mean I understand trees have this umbrella effect going on so that minor brach appears to be sticking out like a cancerous growth. it should be alot closer to its parent, and further back being overlapped or something.
