Way too much resizing and the wind lines in the beggining are really not needed. Also try to put a hair baseline on another layer o the stickman is running at an even angle. Make the arms come out of his head, its better looking.

try out different running styles cuz that one looks like the arms arent even moving and the legs are slowing down in the wrong spot. look at tuts, try wut they say, then change a bit to what feels right and its your own running style. i found jousts everything tut pretty useful for running

Comment: Try to use onion skin and put the head in a diffrent layer if your going to use the circle tool.

Its overused too much imo.

For the second run I MEANT A HAIRLINE not a line thats huge. WAAAAY to choppy and have the arms coming out of the bottom of his head. (I don't feel like giving you a picture of it so look at Socks sig) Your stick runs really weird. Look at some tutorials.
