well i'm new here and i wanna know how to post an animation without having like 20 posts, i think it is.

You can't post an animation without 20 posts unfortunatly.

But if you don't have 20 posts the chances are that we're not gonna wanna see it. I reccomend getting to know some of the members, what they like and stuff like that before you post your animation. It is highly likley that no-one will like your animation so it is best to try to improve by yourself for a bit before you post.
