View Profile It means his body never learned how to use insulin properly. Shouldn't have skipped all those classes.
That's diabetes. What happened to him now was that his blood sugar spiked hard because of the diabetes.
How'd you find out you had hyperglycemia?
When it happens you know lol the symptoms hit you hard and diabetics keep blood sugar test kits.

View Profile Damn those get real nasty real fast. If you don't mind the question, how high did your glucose levels actually get?
Pretty constant 400s. It wasn't fun. If you've never felt massive dehydration, then believe me when I say you never want to feel it because a lot of the body uses a lot more liquid than i given credit for.

View Profile That's crazy, hate to put it this way but it's fortunate you made it to this point and that you seem ok according to what you've told us. Probably doesn't mean much from me but I really hope you get through this man.

View Profile Well, the bg highs more or less broke, the dehydration is no longer so severe, and with the less severe dehydration, the weird mental symptoms that came with that are fading. Still having lots of headaches, my throat still hurts like a bitch, and I'm still overall woozy, but I'm certainly recovering well. Once the insulin was in me and situated, it started taking care of the main issue, the actual building sugar in my system. It's interesting that, even if you limit your carb intake, your body will still produce certain levels of it to keep functioning as though things are normal, sometimes even moreso due to you providing less sugar.
The human body is an interesting series of machines that keeps on doing the job its assigned whether you want it to or not, whether it's glitched out or not.

View Profile Hey Raptor, I'm thinking of bringing back the
OST Contest from 2 years ago. But I don't have any Steam Keys to give away this time so it'll just be for fun

Well, I don't want to make too many promises. I've been busy lately, so sometimes I forget to check things here and there.

No, was it about a really long movie or something? My memory is really hazy. I'm already sad I missed out on the conversation about Mexican wrestling. I love Lucha Libre.

Being gay is predetermined. Being a fag is a choice.
