Honestly, you've just gotta work on your image. I mean, a lot of users can say their old posts were pretty bad, and they've all worked to become accepted. It's a matter of seeing what people don't like about you and growing away from it. It's a process. Not necessarily a quick one, but it's one you've got to willingly take and work on. Hell, most of the old users here hated me passionately. Now I'm pretty well tolerated, I'd say.
