There is a difference between buying a jacket and an iPhone. I'm not saying you'll hate it in the future, I'm saying the novelty will wear off.
Like with everything, you eventually get bored of it and want something better or what ever.
At least with a jacket the novelty doesn't wear off and it's only like £50.

Hmm...I downloaded that combat arms game that keeps getting advertised everywhere. Its actually not that bad of a game, even thought its freeware.

Yeah well, I rarely get anything so having an iTouch would be great. I would have never thought of getting an iTouch if I hadn't played around with my friend's iTouch. Besides, if something better does come out, it's going to have to be like..really really expensive and I wouldn't aim for something really expensive. It's just I'm chinese and I have leftover money from Chinese New Year and it's just sitting there, but my parents regulates it so they're probably going to kick my ass if I spend it.

Well to be fair, iPod games are usually really lame. The iphone/ipod touch actually has some pretty cool games.
