Eh, it isn't that bad on the PS3. I can't note any differences.
The cool thing is, my 360 is all good when CoD:WaW comes out.

I'm not sure if I should get Mirror's Edge on the PS3 or 360.

Mirrors edge on the 360, I would recommend.

Also, I can note a LOT of things different between the two console versions.

How the **** are you supposed to know that? The game hasn't even been reviewed yet, so noone knows how one version fares compared to another except the developers. In fact, judging from the track record of multiplatform games, the 360 versions tend to be better, be it because of technical reasons (Orange Box's framerate and crash-rate) or perks exclusive to the console (GTA IV's DLC)
