he stays because hes an attention craving 13 year old. he knows people here will give him the attention he wants. so he keeps joining and joining.

hes home schooled so he doesn't get much irl socialization.

Maybe he just enjoys coming here, even though everyone are douches to him. And to be honest, I don't think all of SPP hates him. I, for one, don't.
