The burgers might "look" different and "be cooked" differently and even "be stored" differently, but it's pretty much the same. I guarantee that if I took the meat patties from several fast food places, chopped them into the same shape, and asked you to accurately tell me which patty went with which place, you wouldn't be able to do it. If that doesn't make them "pretty much the same" then I'm utterly and surprisingly baffled by the English language.
