mantha you are completely overreacting to the idea of "feeding the troll", not a single person here looks to the mods as role models of how someone should act when it comes to being a kind, perfect member. if anyone is dumb enough to take gavel's lead and troll because of what he's doing then they're dumb enough to deserve banning in the first place

and he's completely right for saying you're overreacting to a sexist joke, because 1) you made a racist joke in response, 2) he gets called a nigger every damned day and he never blinks an eye towards it, and 3) IT'S THE FUCKING INTERNET. He was joking at someone's expense, like 90% of the people here do on a regular basis, it says a lot more about you that you weren't able to have a sense of humor about it

I've never once had a problem with anything you've done as a mod but your reaction to what Gavel was doing was completely unjustified. You can keep telling everyone they're wrong but for fuck's sake, you're suddenly telling him he has to be a perfect member and not once have fun at the expense of doing something "against the rules"? 2-D is a mod, for God's sake, it's obviously not a group of people meant to be figureheads of the perfect member. They're people that are supposed to keep shit under control, nothing he was doing was endangering that. And according to his statistics, he's obviously keeping up with his moderating duties enough to warrant him messing with a troll that was obviously not a threat to the site in the first place
