But no I stay up till 5 AM regularily on weekends, and 1:30 AM on school nights and I have no acne.

Help me guys, I've got one mother****er of a heartburn right now, it's not even funny because I'm contemplating suicide to get rid of it. It really feels like someone pissed down my esophagus, it hurts hurts hurts so bad. Does anyone have a quick remedy for this shit?

Tylenol? Strong painkillers of some sort?
Knocking yourself out with a hammer?

And oh yeah the diarrhea, my entire digestive system seems to be taking a shitdive. How awesome.
