honestly I think it's 16, and 17 before the merge recently. In 2010, I think it was 18 or 19 (but then a ton of older members left).

Which ones were they?

Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, Sprited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle.

Probably higher than 14, but not by a huge margin.

I just watched Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle from Disney, and I'm really impressed by this Mizayaki fellow.

watch arreity. its in theaters now. miyazaki's retired but the studio still works as if he's still there.
also generally you'll want to reference those films as "ghibli" and not disney.

I know that, but I'm mean, you just don't say stuff like that. It's like saying that madman made naruto. It's just something that gets me.

What is this arreity about?

generally on the topic of miyazaki my favorite movie he directed was princess mononoke:
Miyazaki personally checked each of the 144,000 cels in the film,[5] and is estimated to have redrawn parts of 80,000 of them.[6][7] This is one of few films directed by him that does not feature a flying sequence, his well-known trademark.

Saying madman made naruto is like saying my roommate pooped in the toilet when really both of my roommates pooped in the toilet at the same time :P.
Saying disney made spirited away is just mistaking distribution/producing with the studio that animated it.

Based off of what I know about you I'd guess you'd like howls moving castle or princess mononoke more but yeah spirited away is really great
