Like Jav said, low beginner. But I don't want to judge you based on this anim. It's too short and low in content. You should post this in the animation section of the forum to get proper feedback.

If ranks were still around, I'd say medium beginner. He has easing and stuff down, and the movements are pretty smooth. It's just all so stiff.

I think most people here started with pivot actually.
But yeah in any case pivot is really awful, but it gave me my first glimpse into movement and timing which was pretty accessible without needing to know how to draw, so its good for that i guess
