I watched 4 foreign films back to back last night and read a 332 page book on nutrition, then jogged to the graveyard and back which is about 4 miles. Slept at 4:30am, woke up at 11am today.

the chaser (south korean) about an ex-cop turned pimp solving a murder case. tons of graphic torture and shit.
taegukgi: brotherhood of war (south korea) about two brothers fighting in the korean war
the alien girl (russia) about russian gangsters
city of god (brazil) (there was no farting involved) pretty much a brazilian "goodfellas" but with teenage niggers. fucking great movie.

Oh shit that stuff was entertaining lol. They actually made the spilling of blood and gore actually look cool. Korean movies have impressed me lately, but that might be because I've only been watching the good ones.

How good is 0.7 miles in 5 min. 15 seconds, if I haven't ran in over a year?
May 29, 2012 1:20 PM #666174
Doesn't sound too bad to me.

i don't know if you've seen "I saw the devil" but it's another south korean movie tons of graphic torture and shit. It's about 5 notches above The Chaser in that category, and it was really good.

ever see oldboy? sounds like something you'd enjoy
ip man is another great foreign film, it has some of the best martial arts choreography I've ever seen. donnie yen is a badass

oldboy was purty good.
Ip Man 1 and 2 were aiight, far from the best choreography I've seen though. The Raid: Redemption is probably the best i've seen in that regard.
