yeah, but zed, those threads are arguments that have pauses in between each post, pauses that permitted both arguers to rest and rejuvinate themselves prior to resuming the argument. I had a non-stop argument where neither side went more than 3 minutes (the time it took to go to the restroom) without resuming.

its not that we were proving any single one point, its that we were arguing, for 28 hours straight. the point we were arguing over kept changing, which is why i couldn't ever get the point through my opponent's thick skull. if you must know, we were arguing over my girlfriend. he was being a jackass, i was assaulting him with logic. unfortunately, it's difficult to be logical when your one base of emotions is being insulted.

Whoever you were arguing with, get him a present in exchange for the right to your girlfriend. That'll solve the argument.

So part of my neighborhood is on fire and the containment area has just been raised to 75 acres. We're away. Luckily a neighbor got 2/3 of our pets out and someone is trying to get the third. Hope for the best.
