College sucks the enjoyment out of everything and it's worse when you previously enjoyed whatever it is you're studying. But switching majors isn't going to make your experience any better, unless you study something you're really, truly passionate about. Even then, college will probably just ruin that too.

Do what I did.

Take a leave of absence or whatever it's called there for 6 months or a year, during that time get a job. Chances are you'll either find it worse and you'll be glad to go back to college, or you'll figure out during that time if you want to do something other than the degree you're doing right now.

I'm in the process of that right now. I was going for a business degree, until I realized that's a complete waste of my potential and dropped out.

I work full-time, the job is boring as fuck but it pays well. Now I'm hoping to go back to school next year and get a degree in astrophysics.

Man I just started srs working out and I'm really excited about it. I don't really need to lose very much weight but being more active would probably help me a lot.

Actually I think when I am finished with university, I will still be sick and tired of programming. I don't particularly want to spend every day looking at lines of code. But yes uni does make everything shit, and it's completely true that once it's your job to do something, you begin to avoid it more.
