Well, thanks Exilement, it's nice to know that my nervousness isn't something unique to me. I just really hope that life turns out well for me.

It's funny. Zed doesn't post as much as he used to. Yet the whole worship thing about him still goes on.
Jesus what brainwash machine does he own. I need to get me one of those.

Everybody gets nervous about it at some point, at least the people who give a fuck. You should be kind of relieved that you're feeling this way because it actually means you care about your future.

But dude, I'm going to become an adult, and pretty soon I'll be in the military.

I don't see your point. What's the big deal about that?

I'm just not sure I'm ready for it. I'm a perfectionist, and I want to really do well.

Just keep telling yourself that you're doing great and eventually you'll believe it.

I just saw Red Hot Chili Peppers live. My life is now complete. Are any of you guys RHCP fans? :)

I used to be and then I lost interest.
Now I listen to Classical, Jazz, and Heavy Metal.

You don't really have to consider yourself an adult at 18. People don't really become functional adults until 21 +

How are their live shows? Considering their music, what exactly happens with he crowd? Like do they all just sway slowly?

So if you don't do really well at first, just look at what your problems were, and then work on them. Messing up a couple times is not that big of a deal.

I think you may have only listened to stuff like Under the Bridge, Snow and Otherside? Their songs aren't ballads, my friend. It's funk rock. Check out Can't Stop, Look Around, Dani California, If You Have to Ask, Around the World and many others. It got really energetic. Frankly, in the golden circle area some people simply couldn't get energetic cause they were too tightly packed lol but I jumped like a maniac throughout most of the thing. That was also cause I'm really short and sometimes I couldn't see. lol xD It was great, man. :)
Honestly, I don't really like going to heavy shows... in the spots where I can see (pretty close to the stage) there are usually dudes starting mosh pits and such... and once again... I'd get hurt more than the average concert-goer.
EDIT: By the way... by heavy I mean bands the likes of SlipKnot and such.

I've only ever seen one guy get his teeth broken in a mosh pit, and that was an accident. You'd probably be fine :)

Haha I was just messing, man. I know their energetic stuff. It's the diversity of their music that has me attracted to it (and them skufhdfgtdz,.vbk0)
I've been in a lot of mosh pits in my 17 years of life, and luckily have not sustained any serious injuries besides a bloody nose (which is a miracle since during those times I was that scrawny kid that wanted to look cool). But I have to agree with you on moshing and can honestly say I've outgrown it (which is ironic since I actually have muscle now). I prefer just running, jumping, and shoving. When it comes to really energetic concerts, those sorts of actions scream fun and energy rather than hate and violence.
