I think the main reason its tough for any mods to integrate is BECAUSE there is such an overwhelming disrespect for them in their authority figure amongst some vets. It's so hostile, if they are to even post they get flammed in some sort of 'faggotry and or insert fluidanims insult here.'

You can't expect anyone to want to begin to converse with someone if their full purpose in communicating is to disrespect and or attack them. I do fully agree mods should post more, but with more and more STILL continued hostility, why would they want to?

I really am sorry if I made it seem like I think you're completely lacking empathy towards users. In case you missed it, I called Jutsu out on his behavior and I think he should have responded in a more respectful manner. But you should still understand why this sort of over-enforcement of trivial rules will upset people, and in case you don't, I spent a long time explaining why it does.

Jeff specifically said he doesn't want his entire team of mods to be a group of yes-men who will agree with everything he does. I assumed you had a similar mentality. I'd like to feel like I'm allowed to disagree with you if I take the time to explain my side of things.

I don't defend that whatsoever, and jutsu's high-and-mighty attitude towards getting that infraction is the reason why I told him he needs to be more respectful when he has something to say. Jeff has said multiple times that he's willing to listen to the community, but not when they're going to whine about getting a punishment they disagree with.

That has nothing to do with the explanations and reasoning I used to defend Jutsu's point, which I still agree with despite his inability to express it. No one has responded to anything I've said yet.
