It would only serve to de-sensitize him to it so that later, when he does read rapefics, they do nothing to him.

heres my phobia: whenever I fall or drop anything from a height, whether it be in game or for real, i get this funny feeling in my gut that tells me "Oh this is going to hurt!". basically, i have a falling phobia.
heres my tip for dealing with a spider: know that it's even more afraid of you than you are of it. in addition, treat it like a friend-- please eat my mosquitos, mister spider! don't be afraid of them just cos black widows are lethal-- black widows are rare you know!

im afraid of falling its gonna hurt

im afraid of heights in general, i have feeling that i will fall if i go to the edge XD but i can still go on planes and that stuff. i just can't be next to the railing that is lower than my chest

more along the lines of "I don't want to do this but OH SHIT THIS WILL HURT" on the other hand, if my character grunts when he lands, or if he loses hitpoints when he lands, i feel this little pain in my legs as if I were the one who landed.

I feel that way when a "snap" sound effect pops up when I fall in minecraft.

About that falling in-game thing, I feel the same way as you guys...

Only phobia I have to an extent is the inability to move. Small spaces seem to have that effect on me to an extent, but the kicker is being pinned or tied down. Both physically and metaphorically.
