If you are using mIRC, go to file, select server, then click quakenet. Then go to file, Connect. A window will pop up asking you which server that you want to enter, and you type #stickpage.

If you're using Chatzilla, there will be a list of channels and you can just click quakenet. Then type /join #stickpage.

Chatzilla is much more easier to handle then mIRC.

Or just use the built-in IRC on Opera.
