View Profile I still have mine hooked up, those old Sonic games are my favorite of all time.
I have street fighter 2 for the genesis. Amazing game right there, I still play it occasionally. And you don't seem to understand my addiction for sonic the hedgehog. I literally have over 20 sonic games and bought three of the mega collection games, one for pc and the other two for gamecube. SONIC IS AMAZING.

STREETS OF RAGE!! holy fuck I loved that game. The final level was hard as balls though, I think every boss was in it including the mafia duchebag at the end that sent you back to stage 5 if you decided to join him. I was like "WTF!!!" when he did that. Little prick...

View Profile Those are the sort of games I am in possession of and feel some kind of urge to play them (in order to fulfill my hipster 90's PC gamer urge). But I quit after 5 minutes of playing them because I just can't get over how shit they look. Eg. Baldurs gate 2. It's a great game but holy shit is it boring to play if you can't be bothered investing 3000 hours getting adjusted to its outdated lackluster gameplay. <-- Yeah I went there.
Games don't stay on top forever. That's the sad truth.

View Profile Speaking of old games, I used to spend hours in the garage playing Dungeon Keeper. Except it took me a while to have the mental capacity to know how to play it properly.

View Profile Isn't it more like a high definition remaster than a remake?

View Profile *It would be a remake, a remaster would use the same engine but higher res models and textures. Seems like the rebuilt it in a newer engine.

View Profile What I always wanted to do was to create a game with the streetfighter engine using rhg characters. Like an Rhg mugen game. Problem is that I have absolutely zilch programming experience...:(

mugen has a huge modding community. shouldn't be hard to figure out how to make your own characters and backgrounds for it.

You could do that using Little fighters. Easily open the sprites folder and you can completely re-draw or just edit the current characters and their movements/abilities.
