Recovering his account is trivially easy, provided you have an hour to kill. It just requires a level of access to the Stickpage server that neither stone nor myself have, thus the people in charge of Stickpage have been asked to do it, and truth be told they take a while to do anything as it is, so we'll be waiting for Hewitt's account to be fixed about as long as we'll wait for the finished portal.
