Travis gets banned a lot actually. Right before the merge, he got banned off of FA too. Its too bad that he has such an agressive attitude cause he's a really good animator.

I would never give scarecrow an infraction for something as minuscule as a one word or image post, minor flaming, spam, or double posts :/ the way I see it he's an elite veteran who has given more to the community around here than I doubt anyone other than myself, scarecrow, or exilement would even know of. Plus the Lols be provides us with man. For the Lols dude.

So yes when someone bitches about getting an infraction for something that someone did that has 20x the amount of posts and experience and then bitches because they have a bad track record and can't be given leet modding powers I have a fucking issue with it. Just loom at how he behaves when someone else gets the spot above him and he gets a one or two point infraction from that person. Fuck lets just make mikematic an admin while we're at it.

For the record he got banned for posting boobies, and then deleting the thread thinking he can get away with it. His ban had nothing to do with his "stance". I mean, I wasn't too keen on Shaq trashing his rant thread early because I really wanted to hear more from him, but at the same time he didn't really do any "ranting" and just outright insulted us, something he should've done in private if he was THAT pissed off. I mean some of our greatest offenders have taken their shit to the PMs but noooo Travis decided to be a Drama Queen and call us out.

I'm kinda with Jombo on this one. Both Travis and Scarecrow did the same exact thing, it'd only be fair if they both got an infraction. Being wise and experienced doesn't exempt you from the rules. And knowing Scarecrow, he wouldn't mind since the given infraction would be justified anyway. If he disagreed, I'm sure he could just PM an admin and talk to him about it.

Then again, as long as Travis had talked to a mod about it, it could've gone both ways.

I don't fucking know either graaaagh curse you vague rules! I just wanna clarify on this. I was 50/50 on Travis' original offense. I wanted to infract him but didn't really know him as the kind that would spam a lol like say any low-post noob from south-east Asia (Yea, I said it.). I was giving him the same benefit of the doubt that Arch is giving Scarecrow right now. Perhaps Shaq did not see it the same way since he hasn't seen Travis and joined late post-merge. Now given that, I was really hoping Shaq would get a PM from Travis so that they may deliberate on this misunderstanding. And I don't really understand where this talk of bad reputation is coming from. This is what I saw:

- His lol was justified somewhat.
- If he whined to Shaq through the proper channels, that was cool.
- He didn't do that and whined about it in public.
- He posted boobies.

Nah, Shaq gave Travis an infraction for minor spam on his own thread, which Travis reacted by creating a rant classifying that all the mods here need to suck his nuts/dick/some part of his genitalia with the exception of Exilement with his claim based solely on the infraction he received.

Shaq claimed he was being immature because of his thread, so Travis made another thread showcasing tits, as he over-reacted to that statement Shaq had previously said and decided to sarcastically agree to his immaturity. Then he got a week ban for illegal content.

A discussion broke out in this thread that Scarecrow should've also received an infraction for minor spam since he did a similar action, but Shaq didn't give him one possibly based on the fact that Scarecrow has massive experience on this site and has shown tons of dedication and respect towards it.
