That's okay... I can't float in the water either...

I can still swim...

Swim (n.) - This is when you push you body forward using you hands while floating (even for a second)

It's kinda easy. I still don't know how to swim, but take a pair of goggles, take a deep breath, let your body float, and kick the water. That's how I do it. Somehow I have a very big air capacity.

I'm not wasting my life on the internet, every single action I have taken since birth has been all according to the grand plan.

Also it would seem my laptop screen has short circuited, using my 12 year old Sony CRT monitor

I never understood how you could be incapable of swimming.

It couldn't take more than 1 day to learn how, and then you don't have to worry about it for the rest of your life. What are you people doing with your lives I swear.

There is learning how to swim and learning how to swim correctly
I learned the first by jumping into the deep end and just badassing my self to the surface
the other was preparing for a fitness exam, swimming is great exercise to get toned and or die

Just take lessons and learn how to do freestyle (forward crawl), breastroke, and if you're ambitious, butterfly. Swimming can be a relaxing and (very) healthy exercise, and if you're feeling sore or rehabilitating, then swimming helps a lot. Learning how to swim is seriously worth your time.

However, its all completely irrelevant unless you have the money to lobby and drive public policy.
Whoever controls the government, controls the power. Whoever controls the money, controls the government, whoever controls the banks, controls the money. We don't control the banks, the 1% do. Its all scam, we're living in a oligarchy, wrapped up in a democracy, stuffed inside a taco, sitting inside a taco bell in DC.

Short and simply, there isn't really much of a disadvantage of learning history though. By the small twist of chance that you'll get a higher position in the food chain, you'll be glad that you got history lessons.

How is relaxingly typing a short, less than one minute posts on the internet "wasting your life?" If anything, making posts on the internet improves your communication, comprehension, and writing skills in one and enables you to have a social outlet where you can freely express your feelings without revealing your identity. Plus, its stress-relieving.

Yes it's one of those things that you seriously have no excuse not learning how to do. Especially considering it could save your life someday.

yeah see the thing is the people who are willing to go to that level of douchebaggery aren't the kind of people who care about the world/other people enough to try and change things

I don't think you have a right to judge someone who's been here longer than you.

Because ´being here longer´ gives you the privilege to insult whoever you like?
How many posts is that, 5000+ ?

Anyway, I understand what you mean, but still, saying things like that could really hurt someone's feelings

Well, I agree to your argument.

I slightly agree to that part.

There are some flaws in this.

The people who are longer USUALLY never insult people without a reason.
For example is the newbs stupidity, or their insulting post, also several spammy threads.
And if they insult people without reason, mostly that's for joke.
If you're/they're butthurt, just try to shrug it off. Hey, time wears off everything, right?

Although there's an exception to SOME oldfags.(In this case I agree with your argument.)

if you get hurt because somebody said something in an stickmen forum, maybe you're not prepared to use the internet.

Forum is just a little part of internet. Internet also includes forums, blogs, and social medias (such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
So what I'm trying to say : People could act cowardly on forum, but perhaps their attitude at social medias would be different - more aggressive, for example. At least that's my opinion from my eyes.
