Don't forget his teleport ability, it's also one of those reasons above why I adore Deadpool so much.

Huh I thought dead pool was just guns and blades with a hilarious sense of humor and regeneration abilities (did not know he had teleportation powers), and I loved the PS2 version of ultimate alliance but I kinda got sad when I played the second ultimate alliance, one could argue its good but in my eyes ultimate alliance one reins supreme.

Yeah he was cursed by Thanos or something to never die.
If he wasn't though, his healing factor would slow down his aging, but it'd eventually wear down and he would die.
