They don't exist anymore.

NTFs used to have their own hidden section where they discussed problematic members with mods in detail. There used to be a lot of problematic people, so ZuLu felt that it'd work. And it did for a while, after the shitstorm subsided. They had no actual powers, just the right to discuss things and add their 5 cents in the NTF section and the honorary member section.

The NTFs were respected members and sometimes also the problematic members, to give them a sense of responsibility somewhat.
