I think that's actually happened before. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Jeff do something to the dragon eggs everyone used to have in their sigs back on Fluidanims?

If I remember rightly, there's an option to change the character which replaces the censored characters, but no option to do entire words. At least, not on the version of vbulletin we had last year.

This was one of my favorite pastime when I was younger. I grabbed a ball, stringed it to a rod, and flinged it. I imagined it as a mace of some sort. Ah, childhood.
