There's one thing though.
Sometimes the companies pay the reviewers because they want people to buy their game. Much as to what they did with BioShock Infinite.
And if you look at the IGN reviews for Infinite, you can see that they didn't note any flaws in it whatsoever.
I doubt Nintendo will do that though.

But seriously, I don't think Mario 3D World could have such good reviews.

why not? SM64, Sunshine and Galaxy 1 & 2 all got amazing reviews. Same with the New Super Mario Bros series. it's not that surprising.

Super Luigi U is just a spin-off of the Mario game.
It's good, but still sucks in content than the normal Mario.
But I do like the Mario racing one.
