I'm 15, too.
I don't think it's weird for a guy you're age to be "inexperienced", I don't consider myself to be experienced at all.
No matter what things I've done sexually, I'm still awkward and insecure.
It's good that you don't want to rush things too, you wanna talk things slow, so you can become more comfortable with doing whatever you end up doing.
Most importantly, be safe.

Ok, so you're shy is what you're saying?
I had that problem up until about 2 years ago.
you just need to go for it and screw the consequences, after you do something once(kiss/make out) then you'll have more confidence to do anything else.
As for talking to the girl, just think of her as a guy and talk to her how you'd speak to your friends, and most of all make her laugh.
Sorry if it sounds confuse and the grammar is ****ed, i haven't been to sleep yet(6:30 in the morning now)

I find imagining the girl I'm about to kiss is a guy to be very confusing and frustrating so try not to do that.

I'm never shy. She is..she feels quite nice when I talk to her, as in she doesn't want to end the conversation right away.

I find you have no trouble if you imagine it to be me, big boy ;)

Make a move, yo.
"hey sally, I was just wondering, you want to see a movie tonight?"
make sure you don't say "you want to maybe see a movie tonight?" or anything like that, from what I understand, confidence = sexy
oh my..

nobarnacle.
errr, my mom would kill me if I go out with a girl at this age.
And I know how to ask people out.
I have alot of girls who are just friends, and I do ask what girls mostly like and stuff, so really, I know some some.

I've had relationship after relationship without after having my parents find out. Where there's a will, there's a way. But do what you want.

Screw your mom(No offence) but you should be allowed to hang out with whoever you want at your age.
Just tell your mom you're meeting a buddy there then meet the girl.

I've never took one of my girlfriends home to meet my parents.
Only 3 girls have met my mom and they say she is awesome but i'm too self conscious to mix girls and family.
There opposite ends of the spectrum for me and should never meet, ever.(I'm weird)

Well, I understand what my mom is trying to tell me and, since she is older and experienced, I think I should take advices.

I actually feel the same way as you about the whole family thing.

It just seems weird to me to talk to my family who i associated with my childhood and girls who are my adult life, they just don't fit.
US: I suppose it's different in the US, at 15 you're barely through school where in England at 15/16 we're getting ready to leave.
