Well the main reason is because my father's boss in sweden told him he had to move to china to continue working
Of course there were benefits for moving, cheaper education and other things of course.

So how does this education thing work. Assuming you didn't speak Mandarin/Cantonese when you arrived (and still don't?).

I'm assuming he was already familiar with basic Mandarin phrases like "sheeshya", "nee how maa?", "sucky sucky", "melove youlong time" and "fucky for ticky ticky".

That's essentially the entire language Nish. No one could amass such a wealth of knowledge in such a short period of time.
