Well Colorado and Washington are both raking in millions of tax dollars due to recreational marijuana sales and homicide in those states has decreased.

Won't be long now before my state legalizes and there may be an industry in my city that's worth a damn.

Marijuana in potency is no different than nicotine. In fact you can smoke too much nicotine and get sick, but you can't overdose on marijuana. If you just keep smoking and you get really blasted, the worst thing that happens is you might be fuzzy headed the next day.
Smoking weed isn't very harmful to humans, but it can cause some damage if you excessively smoke from a pipe, because our lungs really aren't designed for smoke inhalation. But if you keep the smoking to a reasonable level, you'll be alright.
Marijuana is less harmful over all than aspirin and other household pain killers, so when I'm in pain and need to relax I choose the pain killer that doesn't hurt my liver, marijuana.

The effects of marijuana depend on the breeding of the plant, there's two types at opposite sides of the spectrum Sativa and Indica. Sativa is a cerebral high, it's mostly smoked in places like Jamaica. They smoke that shit all day, what's interesting is that they even operate heavy machinery while under the influence because it actually helps your focus. Indica is more of a physical high, you'll get waves of comfort throughout your body, it'll make you want to eat and nap. Indica is mostly prominent here in the united states.
Both types of marijuana are very relaxing and have well documented abilities to assist healing. But you can get your hands on any mixture of the two, to really find the plant you like most.

One: Is there any way to combine chocolate with the marijuana as you smoke it to produce a lovely chocolate fragrance while you take a journey down weed lane?

Two: Once it is legalized, will it be legal to just take a bong out in the streets and blaze, or you still must smoke indoors, but you won't be arrested for it?

It makes sense, I know many people who even though they stood firm that the justice system doesn't influence their decisions on marijuana and simply don't like marijuana. Once Educated on marijuana and legalization began naturally they followed suit and are now no longer against it.

Yes I'm sure their is a way to infuse it with chocolate scent and probably even taste, we do that with tobacco all the time.

It will depend on your states particular laws. In my state possession is against the law, not actually being high. So we'll blaze it up and go on a walk, because they can't arrest me for being high unless I'm being a jack ass and breaking other laws. Though I don't personally enjoy being really blasted in public. In other words, if I've got errands to run or I've got shit to do, I'm sober.
But for a lovely stroll around the block, being a little high will only make it a little better.

It's safe to use daily, especially if you consume it in edibles or you vaporize it. Then there's almost no risk.

The recommended dosage, for your first time, little. You want to be sure it effects you well.
