Life would be easier for me, if every handshake was a punch. If all physical interaction had to do with violence and dominance like I had learned as a child.
But it's not, it makes me jealous that people can touch nicely and that it's not happening to me. It makes me uncomfortable, because I never learned it, I simply don't know how.

Two people where being super physically affectionate right next to me and it made me uncomfortable as hell and reminded me of how lonely I feel. Whenever I see physical affection I get unnerved, just the thought of it puts my nerves on edge.

It makes me feel sad that I never have the chance to physically express my love with anyone.

When I touch people, it's because I'm going to dismantle them like a broken controller.
