Nope. I'm a chef-in-training. And before you begin about how the food industry has inhumane practices and my words are contradictory, I'd like to state that I myself am doing nothing that can qualify as "torturing animals," nor even anything that qualifies as me encouraging/endorsing the torture of animals.

What's your stand on veal?

My stand on veal is that it's tasty and tender, and has a distinct taste that separates it from the usual meat categories of chicken, beef and pork. However, due to it being outside of these established meat groups (I don't label seafood in the same category as meat for nutrition reasons), it doesn't tend to be eaten very often, and it's also a bit more difficult to cook properly.

And yes, I know veal is young cattle. However, because of the difference in maturity and meat quality, they count as separate meats.

I disapprove of veal and I'm against it, because it's fucking disgusting and costs way too much.

I want to point out, I think torturing animals is a pretty fucked up thing to do.
