So, I'll bring up again that I've recently been employed by Delaware North, and I think I've found the company I want to work for until I can start my own restaurant. They've got a lot of connections, look as if they can create a lot of opportunities for me, and are a great model for me to build my own restaurant in the future. If I can get high in the company, which is pretty possible surprisingly, then when I start my own restaurant, I may even be an associate of theirs. Ah, dreams.

How much are they paying you

As my employment is doubling as my required internship, I'm earning $9.50/h. Since I need a minimum of 400 hours to complete my internship, I'll be earning $3800 for my internship for school, minus taxes. However, because it does qualify as employment, I'll be working longer than said 400 hours, making $3800 actually the minimum pay I'll receive. Which isn't really all that significant, but since it's my first "real" job (being a temp can't really qualify much as a job), it's a big deal for me.
