Anyway, continuing my stories, there's another one from last night. So this fat ass rich dude wiggles in, pulls out a roll of money, must've been thousands of euros, hands me 10 as a tip, so I instantly like him and tell the girls to be extra sweet with him because he's loaded. I was not there to witness it, but it turns out he had a huge ass watch, no doubt an expensive one. In his drunken state he started talking how his watch is unbreakable and what not, one of the strippers suggested to put his words to test, and he agreed. So the stripper put the watch on the grown, took a huge ass bar stool and slammed the shit out of the watch and broke it to pieces, I guess that's why the guy left so angry. I honestly wish I wasn't working tonight because of the shitstorm I'll have to take from the owners ;(

Not really, the bartenders and the administrator are in control of strippers and it's their jobs to watch their shit. And since my main job is to stay upstairs and watch the entrance I have no idea of what is happening downstairs until I'm called down or walk down customers. But then again, my "rank" is higher than both bartenders and the administrator so I guess they might put this shit on me

Just hold your ground and tell them it isn't your fault. It would seem absurd to hold a bouncer responsible for something like that.

At the very least you got 10 euros tip, sss. There is always an advantage in every loss, no matter how small it is. It will probably make your job easier in the future too if they decide to add another security.
