So... I may have Rhematoid Arthritis. I am suddenly deeply, deeply worried.

Joint and movement related illnesses seem to be common around these parts. Which makes sense considering how this is a community dedicated to drawing and animation. I think a thread should be made regarding proper safety and health measures when animating or drawing. I think Scarecrow should do it if he feels like it, since he's the most qualified on the subject.

Regardless of my blunder on what rheumatoid arthritis is, I'm not even joking about safety precautions while drawing or animating. Not sitting properly, holding the pen the wrong way, and not stretching your hands (and the rest of your body really) and taking breaks can cause serious damage over the long term.

also studies have shown that repeated exposure to stick figure animation can cause mental issues such as BPD (Boring Personality Disorder), decreased attention span, inhibition of creativity and originality and an unhealthy obsession with "smoothness"

I have no idea. there maybe have been a time when I was somewhat familiar with the various diseases and ailments everyone has around here but I haven't been paying too close attention for the last few years or so

I had a really nice dream where I moved into a new apartment, and it was studio style or whatever where the bedrooms were connected, and my roommate was a pornstar, and she was having her friends over who were also pornstars
