Our penis inspection was supposed to be random too. But about half of us knew about the date though, because one of us was a school teacher's son and he heard his mom talking about it over the phone. He only told us when we asked persistently, though, because he thought it would be fun if it was only him who knew.

Well it wasn't a real "penis inspection" here, but there was a day in gym where everyone had to get a physical. It was with an actual doctor though, so there was that. The whole thing was still really uncomfortable though.

Anyone could squeeze anything out of the boys in my highschool, and plus the place was way too afraid to make us miss anything. Whenever anything as small as a group of students getting some injections in the hall everyone and their grandmothers would know at the end of the day.

Never had a penis inspection day back in VA, so I'm still doubting this is a thing. Physicals, you got for sports, and only trained medical practitioners could give them, AKA licensed doctors. And the "inspection" was about 30 seconds to make sure there wasn't any damage.
