As a "Gate Of Hell", Hoodie is able to create any imaginable object (He cant break the rules of physics), that can get through his hood (Without including length). When an object get created "Inside of Hoodie's mind" It can, but dont must, get momentum, while entering too real world, straight from a hood. When he have enough time to focus, he is even able to create a living creature, (Size of hood stills occurs). Object can come back to hood in order to regain Energy (Explained below). He is also able travel with really high speed, that for the common eye looks almost like a teleportation.

Hoodie uses his own energy to create every object. Firearms and explosives (Guns, grenades, cannons...) use this energy as an ammunition and power as well. This energy dont regenarate during fight, but as said before Hoodie can regenerate some of it by "deleting" object that he created.
Hoodie is not affected by his own energy (ex. if he detonate "his" grenade, when...hitting someone with it, for example (>_>'), only his enemy will be affected by explosion)
If all energy get used, first Hoodie's powers will stop work, and after some time he will not be even able to move his body.

-Only one source of actual power, when his "portal" get disabled, that basically over, only his speed, and things that he alredy created are a danger now.
-When confused, or he cant focus, he is not able to create things, or not so advanced at least.
-Any abilities that aim for a mind, brain damage. Everything that mess with "Inside" of his head.
-Strong light.

He used to be a simple bartender, named Carl. He had a loving wife, a small kid, and peacefull life...
As a bartender, he dont really earn much from his job, but he had a family to feed...
He get along with some guys from under the dark star...get some deal, earn some more money...
But friendships like this, dont stay for long, after some time, Carl knew too much...
In eyes of his "Friends" he became a danger...
It was on this day, tomorrow his son will have his fourth birthday...
They walked to the bar after a hours, there where maybe seven of them...
Dragged him down to magazine, and slaughtered without mercy...
Later, they took him to a deep woods, and hanged him on "Old Bobby"...
"Old Bobby" was the biggest, and oldest oak human ever seen...
Some were saying that the Old Bobby, is possesed by a ghosts, so do rest of a forest...
They dont believed in that, most of people dont...
They dont stoped on him, on the same night, some of them sneaked to his house...
Killed rest of his family, so the rumors dont spread too fast...
Burned his house, they wanted to make it look like an accident...

In this story, there would be essentially nothing strange...
If not for a one small detail...
Five days passed, and Carl left the Old Bobby, Neither living nor dead...
On the next day, an Old Bobby collapsed, something that kept him alive, left with Carl...
Carl wandered in circles in forest before he remembered anything from his last life...
He knew he wasn't the same person...
He is not Carl, but a nameless messenger of his own vengeance...
"Vesper"...thats how a voice introduced himself...
"I know what happened to you"..."I know what you feel..." "I know what you have to do..."
"Carl", guided by Vesper, found every one of his friends and brutally killed them, leaving bodies in easily visible places...
With bloody inscription "I am Hoodie on floor or wall...
So everyone can see...
But Vesper did not had enough...
"They are ALL guilty!!!"... "Kill them all!"
Blinded and possessed by an evil spirit he used to murder random citizens... but then he felt this...
A smell of blood, pain and death...
He followed a lead, that brought him here...

To a RHG tournament...

Personality:
Carl is a quiet,calm, peaceful (He fighting because he have to, its not his own choice) outsider, that don't really like talking with others. But he is quite a nice, open person once you get to know him better. He usually keep hands in pockets of his blouse when he is walking around.
Behavior during battle:
During battle he tries to end it as soon as its possible in order to not get Vesper "Too excited". First thing that he do, is charge at enemy to measure his power, then he applies most useful tactic to fight with this opponent, if he parry his atack, he will rather stay away and fight from slight distance, and fight in close combat only if he have to. If his first melee attack hits, he will continue to fight in close combat. When his hit get countered,(read as: Totally unsuccessful, Hoodie get damaged instead of opponent) He will keep as much distance as he can, and run from close combat.
Behavior outside the battles:
In free time, between battles he wandering alone,usually far from civilization, or stalk other Competitors, to get more information about them. RHG become his whole life now, he dont really have better things to do...

After rampage in city, right after his awakening, Vesper usually stay asllep letting Carl use his power, but for a price... he need to fight with other competitors,
to provide a strenght and joy for demon...
He get active only during night or really intense battles, giving Carl boost of energy, but dealing huge damage to his sanity over time.
That's because Carl trying as hard as he can to keep demon in check inside his mind.
When Vesper is asllep, Carl itself is a "gentle" fighter, he dont kill his opponet, or push too hard if he dont have too.
He dont really like fighting, but he doing it too "Safe other people" from Vesper
