What is the animating software for tablet?

Any program you can use with a mouse can also be used with a tablet...there are exceptions.

So far I recommend Flash, Pencil and Easytoon since they support frame-by-frame drawings. There are loads more but they are so niche I can't recall them.

I just like to clarify:

By 'tablet' I mean the ones that come with a stylus and attached to a computer. If you're talking about tablets such as the iPad and Google Android, then I'm afraid I have nothing.
