In war, which heavy units you think are better? The tank or the heavy mech unit?

What kind of war are we talking about here that has mech units

Let's just say, future wars. Maybe in 2080?

If the war has mech units, I'm pretty sure that by then armored vehicles would have become obsolete
Unless you're talking about some kind of futuristic vehicle, in which case you're going to have to elaborate

Why are you taking all these 'which weapon system is better' polls? For fun or for some kind of upcoming game thread that will use these results?

I think he makes these threads so he can contribute In some way to the forum, since his games are all failures and his normal topics don't usually generate any discussion

Mech units all the way... I mean mobility would be better, would be alot better to use weapons for the use of two hands and only 1 person needs to pilot a mech while an armored vehicle takes 2 or more

That last point is valid unless it's a Jaeger

depends on the mech unit.
Mech units in Pacific Rim are MUCH MUCH different than the Mech unit in say District 9.
Also gotta point out Gundam mechs can fly. +1 for mechs.

If we're talking like Mechs from the matrix where the soldier is revealed and easy to defeat, then I'd say armored vehicle.

No Jaeger mechs here, I mean like mech suits from CoD: Advanced Warfare or Titanfall. Gundam suits is eligible

Make up your mind what kind of suits these are, because Gundams operate on a whole different level compared to titanfall suits (idk much about advanced warfare, but I assume the suits can't do gundam things)

On another note a Titanfall Titan would easily beat a common armored vehicle, so my vote still goes to mechs.

Gundams would absolutely beat the shit out of armored vehicles. They're just waaaaay too advanced.

Mechs need a bit more tinkering whilst metal boxes need a cannon and wheels as a minimum. Also, Kwai is awesome.
