TJ is under a weekban, and should be able to come back either tomorrow or the day after. He's fine when he comes back, provided he isn't trying to avoid his ban with a new account such as Energetic tried pulling several times. Permabans are essentially "LEAVE ALONE" territory.

No problem. The less infractions that go around, the better. Remember, we aren't saying to ignore banned members, just don't speak for them or post for them or such. And if they're permanently banned, it'd be best to drop them from the clan, as their work is no longer allowed on the site.
