It's animating in layers.
I animate one stk figure at a time when they're on seperate layers.
Same as effects.

I started animating the effect, I never caught back up to the animation because I animated the other layers =/

Not that hard to put together I hope.

nice, i loved the effects, the blurs were used pretty well :D
