The head and body was in the same pose the same time try moving those bits as well and it will be more perfect.

You're using all these effects for no reason. Try actually making your movements fluid and smooth. It was all just really choppy.

It's not even smooth, to begin with. Smoothness generally means giving your motion path a smooth and consistent arc. In your case, the motion path of each segment is going everywhere which resulted in making your animation look choppy and all that. Look up smoothness tutorials. Just... Get away from those youtube tutorials. Most of them are useless anyway.

Yes its very choppy, and very stiff. Your just moving the camera to make it seem like hes striking - which is good! - But you still need to work on movements and move the body and head - there in the same position the whole time.
