Yea don't worry dude, you'll improve over time
Easing can help your animations look smoother and don't forget to use a floor/ground
Look up some tutorials by Tupullius, that's how I improved

I could get you in, so you can improve.
Some problems would be effects. If you use Pivot 4 you can edit transparency to make them look better. You seem to be decent on easing, though when you move the guy, I like to move all the nodes, and I wouldn't keep the stick figure still for more than 5-10 frames, and lastly, to make the gun go under the guy, you could make the arm seperate, and attach it to the body as a subnode, or something like that in Pivot 4.
Otherwise I agree with D.S.

Oh, and I am thinking about handing the clan over to Greek in some time in July. I just have so much things to do that I can hardly keep up with this clan, but if so, you can use a different clan sig font, or use the font I use, and that font is called Venus Rising.
Keep calm and carry on, and D.S. Greek, I will assign this weekly, but you will moderate the weeklies, so read carefully.
Weekly Rules:
This is a weekly where you are working at Veins' main office headquarters, then you recieve a call from a security watch saying that a group of four, armed with pistols and baseball bats, have broken in the back AND front entrance. Take them out.
You may:
Kill
Knock out
Scare away
Make them disappear
and more
Must be 10-15 seconds
You will have two weeks and if 2-1 are missing an extra three days.
So, D.S.Greek, make yourself comfortable with my chair, as you may be in it soon.
