Pertaining to your rhg, you would know her best, but if your rhg does intend to hurt Erroth when she attacks him, that would be malice. It would take a certain level of naivety to hit someone without malice.
Asura occurs when Erroth focuses. He is a very distracted and disinterested being. If you draw his attention enough to the present he will enter asura. It is the awakening of his true nature - violence.
