Hollowfield: Firstly you don't have to be sorry about your endings. Each character is created differently and should be consistent in their portrayal, regardless of whether they're ruthless, remorseful, etc, etc.
I appreciate what you tried to do with your animation. It was innovative and could have worked if you had done a better job animating your figures. You look to have spent a lot of time creating a format for your animation, but your priority should always be the quality of your stick animations. No use spending time on anything else until that is taken care of. Just take some time to watch some tutorials and work on creating smooth animations. Everything else will fall in line from there.
Also I understand you had trouble with uploading your vid, but the quality really hurts your work. It eats up all the details you worked hard on. Deviantart is always a safe route for uploading flash anims. I don't know jack about pivot if that's what you use.

You: Your animation is certainly better than Hollow's, and it's very smooth. However you overuse the slow-motion. That should be saved for the moments that really count. Slowing every attack down makes your animation over-dramatized (aka cheezy). Also I would feel pretty disrespected if my character was beaten with a simple punch. It sort of trivialized your opponent. Just something to consider. Otherwise great animation. I of course voted for you.

Alright, Hollowfield- Though, as a Pokemon enthusiast, I really enjoy the concept of your animation it hardly shows your skills as an animator. I agree with Escarioth, had you animated the attacks with a little more care (especially that last one) I would have enjoyed it more. In the future when you do an RHG battle I really do think you should make your battle more engaging.

You- Your animation is pretty good though it really feels like you could have put more into it. It feels extremely cheap to end it with him giving up like that especially since its easy to see that Mist can put up a better fight than that. You could have done more to show each RHG's unique abilities, after all that's what I come here to see.

Final consensus
Im voting for 'You' his video displays more talent as an animator overall and though I appreciated Hollowfields animation, more could have been put into it.

Even if the quality is not taken in count... my vote goes for You, his animation is more fluid and kinda have better effects... even if it was short.

Your animation wasn't bad, it was pretty original and funny, but it gave me the impression that you were... a little lazy when creating it...? ...yeah... I may be wrong, but that just how I see it, sorry.

(PS: Oh... Btw, if you have to upload your animations to youtube, I recomend you to use swivel; it converts swf format to video: great quality, dosn't mute the sounds, easy to use and is free, just look on newgrounds for it ^^)
