Yeah I wonder about that. It makes me think that their version of "exercise" is just a simple run or something.
Can the people who answered this thread/poll, explain their routine or something?
Does exercise make you hornier or not?

I run 8k at 12km/h, one kilometer is done while holding weights of 5lb, then later doing lifting at 65kg and punching a punching bag while holding the weights 5lbs.

I believe there was a study in 2006 or 2007 that actually proved that exercise stimulated testosterone to the point that it increases your sex drive.
But in my personal opinion, it also depends on the actual routine.
Take Captain Cook for example. He said that after he maxes out on the bench press, he feels relatively turned on and raring to go. Then there's _Ai_ who doesn't feel the same rush after playing basketball. It might be due to the fact that Ai was doing mostly cardio, which causes the body to work differently than when lifting weights.
I feel the same thing though. When I go for a run, I feel more relaxed than tense, but as soon as I pick up a dumbell and go at it, I get turned on.
---
Now that's primarily for men. Seeing as I am not a woman, I do not have personal experience with the way working out affects women. It might be more psychological than anything else, as previously stated, but I can't be sure.
(Or it could just be that man in general are vain creatures, and we can't help but be turned on when we realize that we are making our bodies supposedly more beautiful. Eh.)

On Chest Days I do the following:
10 minutes at 7.5 mph
5 sets of chest press (12/10/8/6/4 and then max 2) leading up to 225
5 sets of incline chest (same routine)
5 sets of decline chest (same routine)
Svend press with 25lb/superset flat flys of 35lb
5 sets of cable cross/superset 10-20 reps pushups
EDIT:
When you lift weights, your muscles get huge as fuck and stay that way for the next hour or so, and that's called a "pump". Sometimes you'll curl a 30 in your apartment before going to a party, so that when you get there your bi's are engaged and they're looking bigger than normal, and by the time they cool back down to their regular size the alcohol's already made you forget about your glaring insecurities.
When you see yourself in the mirror on a pump, you don't see yourself; you see the absolutely most jacked version of yourself, and all you can think about is how fucking yoked you look, and you literally turn yourself on because of how fucking sick you look, and you tell yourself that you're irresistible to women, and thus, you want to fuck anything.

phew, so the costume worked.
If anything, the one thing I'm glad the military did to me was at least make me a dood. I may be dumber than I was before, or more irritable, but at least I'm not a pussy.

It gets so intense my vision is vivified.
