After i updated windows to 8.1, flash now looks like shit and it is so zoomed in and pixelated that its annoying. The text is humongous and blurry and the tool bar takes up more space than it did.

This might not have to do with the original question but windows 8.1 is shit.
Lightshot also is acting funny. It keeps closing and lagging like hell and chrome is being a bitch after i updated. Its so slow and and laggy. It took at least 5 minutes to get those two screenshots up.

edit: oh god skype fell victim to the pixelation to. its so ugly now

Okso, I understand that I should be seeing an issue, but I'm really not seeing an issue

Just assuming that maybe it's your monitor that's messing up since the screenshot is pretty okay to me.
