In addition to the StickPage Official Rules, the following rules are in effect for this section:


• Be respectful.
While this is a general forum rule, it will be enforced to a much stricter degree than in other sections. Insults, flaming, trolling and other instigative behaviors will not be tolerated.

• Low-effort, low-quality posts will be removed and can result in an infraction.
This is a section for formal arguments and intellectual discussions. If you're not willing or able to put time and effort into your argument, don't post here.

• Do not try to contribute to topics that you know nothing about.
If a post makes it clear that you know next to nothing about the topic being discussed, it will be removed. Blind speculation and assumptions waste other people's time and distract from the discussion, so stick to topics that you are at least somewhat familiar with.

• Do not repeat arguments that have already been made.
It's one thing if the thread is 15+ pages long, but if your post does little more than repeat what someone else recently said, it may be removed to keep the discussion moving forward. If the debate is under 10 pages long at least make an effort to catch up before posting.
